If I click on the intel wifi icon it just says driver not installed, but I've tried installing/reinstalled the driver multiple times, including different versions. I guess this kinda looks like a hardware issue, but I didn't know if anyone had any ideas since I'm very new to windows (8.1). I checked under device manager and it doesn't look like it's listing the wifi adapter, but it is listing the bluetooth.
